Just had my dinner at Smel's Cafe. I wouldn't said it's an excellent place for an eating out session with friends, but overall it's above average. Foods are ok and not expensive. A single main course cost you around Rm 18.
If you're looking for a place for yamcha & chit chatting with not-that-expensive nice western foods, this is definitely one of the place to go.
